The terms that apply when you use echoriseafrica.tech, the website of Echo Rise Africa Ltd.

This website is operated by Echo Rise Africa Ltd, a company registered in Ghana with its office in Accra. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Echo Rise Africa Ltd, and "you" means the person visiting or using this website.

These terms cover your use of the website echoriseafrica.tech. They do not cover your use of our products Bintwina and Schtracky, which have their own terms on their own websites.

4. Our products have their own terms

Bintwina is an escrow-protected marketplace for online deals, and Schtracky is school management software. Each product is governed by its own terms of service, privacy policy, and pricing. Where this website describes a product, the product's own terms apply to your use of it.

5. Intellectual property

The name Echo Rise Africa, our logo, our graphics, our text, and the design of this website belong to Echo Rise Africa Ltd, unless we say otherwise. "Bintwina" and "Schtracky" are also our marks.

You may view, print, and share our pages for your own use, and you may quote short extracts with a link back to this website. You may not copy, republish, or sell substantial parts of this website, or use our name or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you or a product, without our written permission first.

6. Messages you send us

When you contact us through the form on this website or by email, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate, and that you have the right to send it. You give us permission to read your message and any attachments, and to use them for the purpose of replying to you and dealing with your enquiry.

Please do not send us passwords, payment card details, or other confidential information through this website. We do not publish messages you send us.

7. Availability of this website

We work to keep this website online and working properly, but we do not promise that it will always be available, complete, or free from errors. We may change it, suspend parts of it, or withdraw it, sometimes without notice.

This website contains links to other websites, including our product websites. Those links are there for your convenience. We do not control other websites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their practices.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law that cannot be removed, and nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow us to limit it, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows:

  • this website is provided "as is". We do not give warranties about it beyond those the law requires;
  • we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business, opportunity, or data, arising from your use of this website or from not being able to use it;
  • our total responsibility to you in connection with this website is limited to the amount you have paid us for using it. This website is free to use, so that amount is usually nothing.

This section does not apply to our products Bintwina and Schtracky, which are governed by their own terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The courts of Ghana have the right to hear any such dispute.
